Prototype testing with "The Sit Means Sit Collar"

Here is a clip of Fred Hassen doing some initial testing of "The Sit Means Sit Collar" in an indoor setting, with lots of distraction of people around, and on a slippery floor. Our collar had to work well in all environments, and be able to perform well with people and crowds, since most all Sit Means Sit demonstrations are done in public. The collar was going to have to perform in public, so it was tested in public as well. To make the testing process even more thorough, Fred did not talk to the dog at all during this demonstration, further showing why Sit Means Sit has had such success in communicating with deaf dogs. This particular dog is not deaf, but communication without speaking is even much easier than with any system or device available!

Our Sit Means Sit Collar, is used as a communication device to transmit information from the handler to the dog. This information is used on a regular basis for the dog to acquire habit, and easily explains why the Sit Means Sit locations have had such enormous success even on a competitive level, by winning 2 National Championships in 2007, and dogs are not allowed to wear any sort of training aids during the trialing process. The Sit Means Sit Collar past all of our tests with flying colors, and is now also available on line at our store.
