My trainer was saying that shock collars will have to be used for life, that doesn't sound comfortable. My dog is a very nervous and timid dog. Roxie is a shepard mastiff boarder collie ans is only 2 1/2 yrs. I was wondering if you could give me some insight to see if a shock collar would work for Roxie. Roxie is not a friendly dog to dogs that are smaller than her. I live in a neighborhood where people bring their dogs out all the time and they chat and let thier dogs socialize. I have to keep roxie in the back or on the leash. I was wondering if shock collar trainer would help me in this situation.
    Thank you
    Kristina
