Dennis Dalia began his training with a degree from the Florida Canine Academy over 20 years ago. He specializes in teaching your dog useful commands so that he/she understands how they fit into the pack. Additionally, you learn how to control you dog at all times and especially under the distractions of the real world. In 1997, Sit Means Sit dog trainer Dennis Dalia started SouthWest K9 Academy with the intention of providing superior dog training to the residents of Southwest Florida. In the course of his career, Dennis has explored new developments in dog training which led him to Sit Means Sit CEO and owner Fred Hassen. In August 2006, Dennis met Fred in Las Vegas, NV where he attended two powerful seminars focused on providing owners with the tools to communicate with their dog effectively using the art of attention. Today, Dennis is proud to represent Sit Means Sit in Southwest Florida and holds a certification in remote collars training.
