Sit Means Sit Dog Training in Riverside

Hello and welcome to Sit Means Sit professional dog training, located in Riverside, California. Training dogs throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding cities. Here at Sit Means Sit dog training Riverside, we know every one of you has had an idea of how it would be to add a 4-legged friend to the family. You think of how great it would be to play fetch, go to the park or to the beach and show off your dog. Take them on special trips and have your friends admire your new addition to the family. What we don’t think about is the potty training, the barking, the digging, and the chewing. Let’s not forget marking everything around them even after you know they are potty trained. Jumping on people, your dog taking you for a walk, instead of you walking your dog. The dog aggression, the people aggression, and the list goes on. Any of this sound familiar?

Our motto here at Sit Means Sit Riverside is “Keep Your K-9!”

With this list of behavioral issues that any one dog can have, it can be extremely frustrating and drive you to the point of wanting to get rid of your dog. Here at Sit Means Sit Riverside we have a phrase we like to use and that is KYK-9. Which means “Keep Your K9.” We are here to help you do just that. No matter what the problem may be, big or small, we will work with every breed of dog, from Teacup Yorkies to enormous Great Danes. From tiny Chihuahuas to Pit Bull Terriers, we love and embrace them all!

Here at Sit Means Sit Riverside dog training, we don’t believe there are bad dogs. We believe there are owners who are unaware that the choices they make with their dogs create the appearance of a bad dog. The truth is, the dog is just doing what it has been allowed or taught to do during the early stages of its life. With Sit Means Sits revolutionary dog training method, we will teach you the techniques you will need to communicate with your dog effectively and positively. We will help you achieve your goal with the ending result being a happy, obedient, amazing dog. And of course one happy owner!

There is another phrase we like and that is “Talk is Cheap.” Seeing is believing. We will give you a demonstration and evaluation of your dog at no cost or obligation to you. Giving you first hand experience of what you can achieve. With the evaluation we will provide a training program to fit your dog’s needs and your specific goals. Here at Sit Means Sit Riverside, we offer private dog training lessons combined with unlimited group sessions.

We are dedicated to helping you and your dog be happy together. You will be amazed at the results. And your dog will amaze everyone around you. Let us help you “Keep Your K9!”

Do you have training where the dog is left with you for a few days and has an extensive training period? If yes,,,,what is involved and what is the cost?
  • Some of our locations do offer this type of boot-camp or board and train service. I would recommend contacting the nearest location directly for more information on the programs they offer.

I live in Texas. My sister has been put in a board and care facility in Riverside. I was wondering if there is a group or an individual who takes dogs to nursing homes or hospitals, they type of setting. They have such a service here and I would like to know if you know of any one in the riverside area. My niece lives in riverside and I will have her contact you if you know of anyone.
I know the warm eyes of a dog looking at you is a big help in any sort of recovery!!
    thank you so much
