Growing Your Business Franchise

Google Buzz

At some point your business franchise will grow to a point where you will need to add a trainer. The initial training you received in Las Vegas as a business franchise owner will greatly ease the new burden you face with an employee. The curriculum for franchise owners anticipates your inevitable growth in training staff and prepares you for it.

When you invest time in staff training, it obviously keeps you from your other responsibilities as a business franchise owner. Surely you will put in as many hours after training as you put into staff training and that can prove burdensome. In business terms, the return on your investment in time is an obvious advantage.

When you send your staff to Las Vegas to receive our training, just as you did as a new owner (but without all of the classes specific to ownership). There is a fee for this training and trainees are responsible for travel to/from SMS, along with living expenses while in Las Vegas. The fee for staff training is $7,500. (This training does not entitle the trainee to a Franchise, it does get them certified as an assistant SMS staff trainer, this protects you and your operation, only licensed SMS trainers may boast the official SMS trainer status).
