Dog Friendly Leash Freee Beaches in San Diego:

FIESTA ISLAND
My favorite is Fiesta Island because you have year round access and 60 acres to let your dog run free!

OCEAN BEACH DOG BEACH
This is a popular dog beach year round!

CORONADO ISLAND DOG BEACH
This is a smaller beach area for dogs but it is open year round and lots of fun. Beware! Dogs are not allowed on any grassy park areas in all of Coronado and they do fine dog owners that are simply unloading dogs on the passenger side grass to avoid their dog getting hit in the busy street.

DEL MAR DOG BEACH
This is a great small beach that allows dogs to play leash free most of the year but unfortunately dogs must be leashed in the summer months June through August.
