far out techniques just may help!

flower essences, which are also called flower remedies, are very different from herbal products.Like homeopathic remedies, they contain little or none of the material used to produce them. Instead, they store a plants ” vibration” or imprint which in turn affects the animals energy. These imprints are said to act directly on the animals emotions.  Conventional veterinary medicine finds no credible explanation for either homeopathy or flower essences, but physicists and other energy researchers say that on the atomic level tiny amounts of matter contain subtle but powerful forces.  flower essences were developed by edward bach, an english physician and homeopath, in the early years of the 20th century.Dr. bach filled small glass bouls with pure spring water, placed freshly picked blossoms on the waters surface, and left the bouls in direct sunlight for 3 hours.During this time ,he theorized the water became impregnated with the plants healing powers. He then discarded the blossoms and preserved the activated water in brandy.By far the most famouse flower remedy blend is dr bachs formula for emergency and stress, which is sold under the names rescue remedy, calming essencs, five flower formula and trauma remedy in health food stores pharmacies pet supply stores and online. It contains star of bethlehem for shock, rock rose for fear, and panic, impatiens for tension, and mental agitation, cherry plum for lack of emotional control, and clematis for the sensation one experiences just before fainting. there is another remedy called lonliness blend that some people swear by for leaving the dog alone during the day,and comming home to a house with no damage done.Surely it would be worth a try before resorting to medications you may get from the traditional vet, which could have side effects for the pet. the great thing about the essences is it wont harm an animal, if they dont need it it wont effect them.  I have found these remedies at naturespet.com. about 15.00 a bottle with many varieties from allergy , flea, calming remedy and others to help your pet reduce anxiety and enjoy life.
